- Sunglasses are useful tools:
Harmful UV rays can damage your eye sight and create vision problems. A pair of good quality of sunglasses will help you to protect your eyes from harmful ultra-violent rays.

Use safety eye-wear or protective goggles if you’re dealing with hazardous material, tools or machinery. Sports like, ice hockey, racquetball and lacrosse can harm your eye sight. Use protective sports goggles at all times. If possible stick to protective sports goggles with poly-carbonate lenses in order to protect your eyes.
- Your eyes deserve a break:
Make sure you give your eyes a proper rest especially after staring at a screen for a long time. Take an eye break every 20 minutes and rest your eyes. Take a 15 minute break at least once in every two hours and walk away from your work station.
